Meant to add that you need to hassle Tom Karl and Howard Diamond. The US funds
most of GCOS.

Implementation Plan for 3 days. I'll raise this as appropriate.
By the way, the HC and the Met Office are now in Exeter - since Oct03. Nice building -
wish it wasn't so far away !

PS I had seen Janice's paper & wrote to her saying how much I liked it....corals have a
