I hope you can still make them? They are all in the post-Jay Malcolm comments version of page 7 - The Canadian Arctic and Biodiversity. Second paragraph, last sentence. Change end of it to ....."with possible detrimental effects on species that depend on old-growth, such as Marten, Woodland Caribou and Gray Wolf" Last paragraph, first sentence. Change the end of it to...."rising temperatures may result in regional extinctions of species such as the polar bear and walrus. Next sentence, change the last few words to ..."factor governing their range distributions. Last paragraph, penultimate sentence. Change end to..."contraction in sea-ice extent and duration and, therefore, habitat for the polar bear. Last paragraph, last sentence. Change end to..."but would impact northern communities that rely upon polar bears for clothing and income. Finally, on the picture caption it's very importnat we get this right. What kind of caribou is it? There are three kinds. The small Peary caribou, the barren ground caribou (like the Porcupine herd which is under threat from climate change) or the wood caribou, which we refer too. Also, it should NOT be a domestic reindeer. JAY: Any thoughts on this? That's all for now. Cheers, Adam
