    Peter,
       I'd like the deniers to see this email chain. It is about sonde ascents from
    Dar es Salaam. Dick knows they are going up as GCOS is paying for them!
    They only rarely get to Nairobi and then only parts of the message. At
    least he's making some progress with all these RTH hubs. There is progress
    elsewhere, but not much for this site.

     I do confirm that we only receive Part A(USTN01) from Dar. We do not receive UKTN01
     HTDA, ULTN01 HTDA, nor UETN01 HTDA.
     we have asked Dar why they do not send other parts with no reply so far.
