Dear Janet Sear,

I am sending you the necessary forms filled preliminary. Please, give
us know, these forms are filled correctly or not. If they are o'key,
we will sign them and send by fax and post.

My calculation is based on the next:
from the total sum of 25000 EURO I subtracted 12875 (received up to now).
The rest sum (12125 EURO)is labor costs for Shiyatov, Mazepa and
Hantemirov (5430), overheads (362) and other cost categories (6333).

Keith! Take into account, that last year you have bought for us a hard
disk for notebook (I do not know the exact sum) and you must subtract
this sum from our part of money.
