Have had 12 hours sleep, just not at the right time! I can elaborate on the issues more when I present this on Weds next week - a week today I see! I must try and not give them all the answers when I do present things! I have elaborated on a few of the examples to restrict the hurricanes to the N. Atlantic, for example. Also they shouldn't get into the date(s) of the MWP, although noting that it is very variable would be a good thing. The text with all the questions/issues is fine. For each question, I can come up with an initial reference or two for them to start with. This will be the AR4 report of WG1 for most, the CCSP report for the LT, but ocean pH is hardly covered at all by the AR4 - WG1 and WG2. Anyway, a good start - not much more for me to do, except present it on the day.
