Gabi,
Mike is probably enough. I know that Tim isn't that keen, but
I think Mike would be constructive and useful for the meeting.
If the dates OK, he will be keen to come, as he knows it
will be an excellent discussion - out of the glare of any
media.
Are we now all set for March 30-April 1? These are what I
have in my diary. It might be that March 30 is a travelling day for me.
Cheers
Phil

Phil,
When we talk about this at the IDAG meeting, whom should we invite?
Mike, and?

Gabi,
I would steer clear of the von Storch et al paper. If Hans complains just say
we wrote our paper before his came out - which is mostly true. There are at
least two papers in submission that will have a bearing on his result. They
aren't mine, but you won't have to think far who might be involved.
Cheers

Hi Phil and Tom,
The idag paper is being uploaded to the publisher today or monday,
I have not made any changes to the
paleo section to refer to the von Storch debate, I think its better to keep off it for
now, but
if you think we should add a sentence (and Francis agrees its ok, I havent checked with
him
yet), please let me know. It has the overview figure 1 showing all the records in it.
